WARRANTY POLICY
A & A Scooters, Inc, and its distributors are committed to providing excellent after-sale service through swift warranty processing. All warranty claims should be mailed or faxed to A & A Scooters and/or its distributor and will be processed within 15 to 20 days of receipt.
All scooters sold by A & A Scooter are now available with an extended warranty. In order to activate the warranty, please have your customer fill out the warranty registration form (available on our website) and mail it to us at the address above. The warranty card must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase. Incomplete warranty cards or cards mailed more than 30 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted. We cannot accept a warranty claim without a corresponding warranty card (which has a VIN number matching the one on the warranty claim) on file with us.
1. The time period of the warranty is one year (or 6200 miles) on the following parts:
- Engine & carburetor
- Frame, back rest & bracket, brakes, brake handle, transmission, throttle handle.
- Dashboard/instrument panel, ignition switch, relay, CDI, headlight and brake lights, light switches, and horn.
- Shocks, gas tank, & gas tank switch.
- Tires & wheel rims.
- Mufflers or exhaust system.
2. The time period of the warranty is six months (or 3100 miles) on the following parts:
- Fender bracket, front & rear fender (not including plastic parts), rear trunk
- Paint on headlight housing, brakelight housing, & fuel tank cover.
- Odometer & odometer cable, speed sensor, clutch cable, brake cable, fuel line
- Non-charging battery
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from the dealer by the consumer.
To claim a part under warranty, the defective part must be shipped or mailed back to A & A Scooter, Inc. Once A & A Scooters receives the defective part, we will ship the replacement part. This is necessary to ensure the correct replacement part will be sent and also allows us to send the defective part back to the factory for reimbursement.
3. The following parts and conditions are excluded by the warranty:
- Labor costs to replace parts
- Shipping cost for return of defective parts or shipment of replacement parts
- Plastics, moldings, farings, or body covers
- Tires, wheels, brake pads, light bulbs, remote start/alarm system
- Lubricants, air filters, hoses
- Problems from lack of professional assembly, lack of scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse
PLEASE NOTE: Any and all modifications to the vehicle will void the warranty!
